    Noble Works provide a range of programs that operate equally as well at the personal, private level as for small and large organisations.

    Personality Profiling using the ancient, time-proven system of the ENNEAGRAM.

    Use of the system provides deep insights into our thinking, feeling and behavioural motivations and enables transformational change at personal, interpersonal and organizational levels. Other profiling tools are available as well.

    Workshops

    Conscious Leadership of Self and Others - our landmark program, especially designed for teams or groups of up to 20 persons. Enneagram profiling is best done through a one-on-one coaching session prior to the workshop

    Leadership Self and Teams. Designed for groups who have done "Conscious Leadership of Self and Others". An advanced program building on prior knowledge and going deeper, allowing enhanced knowledge and creating powerful opportunities to more effectively work together as a team.

    Meditation

    Stress levels in individuals, in organisations and society generally are at high levels. Depression is the number one disease in the world. Stress reduces our coping mechanisms and our levels of happiness in life. We can all learn techniques that will help us still our minds, opening channels to greater peace, contentment, creativity, better relationships with ourselves and others and increased success. Meditation is one of these techniques. We can help you learn to meditate.

    Yoga

    Through partnerships with qualified practitioners, we offer specialized yoga training for beginners. Yoga is a great means of assisting us to better manage our minds.  Stillness of mind leads to more balance in life, more calmness, less reactivity, greater creativity and improved functioning.
